How to Use This Calculator

  1. Fill in each item's price and discount percentage in the row.
  2. Click Add item for more rows, or Remove to drop one.
  3. Read the per-line totals plus the cart-wide original total, total saved, and grand total.

What Is a Discount Calculator?

Each line's math is identical to the single-item case: final = price × (1 − discount ÷ 100), with savings = price − final. The value of this tool is in the rollup — it sums all the originals into a pre-discount total, sums all the savings into a total-saved figure, and prints the grand total you'd actually pay at checkout.

Useful when several products in a cart each have different discount percentages, when modeling a sale across a small product catalog, or when checking that a multi-coupon order rang up correctly. Lines can be added or removed freely; blank rows are ignored.

This is the same arithmetic as the standalone Percentage Off calculator applied to a list. Use that one for single-item math; use this one when you're comparing carts, evaluating bundle deals, or building a quick what-if for a sale event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I calculate 30% off?
Multiply the original price by 0.70 (100% - 30%). Or: original × 0.30 = discount amount, subtract from original.
What's the difference from percentage off?
Discount supports multiple items at once; percentage off handles a single price.
Can I stack multiple discounts?
Apply them sequentially. A second discount applies to the already-discounted price. Order can matter for chained %-off.
