Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 15, 2026
Overview
WeGotEveryTool.com (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
The short version: most of our tools process data entirely in your browser. We never see it, store it, or have access to it.
1. Data Processing — Client-Side Tools
The vast majority of tools on WeGotEveryTool operate using client-side JavaScript. This means all processing happens locally on your device. When you use a client-side tool:
- Your data (text, files, images) is never uploaded to our servers.
- We have no ability to access, view, or store the data you process.
- All computations happen in your web browser and results remain on your device.
- If you close the browser tab, the data is gone — nothing is retained.
Client-side tools are clearly marked with a “100% Private” badge on their respective pages.
2. Data Processing — AI & Server-Side Tools
Certain tools, primarily AI-powered features, require server-side processing through third-party APIs (such as large language model providers). When you use these tools:
- The text or data you provide is sent to a third-party API to generate results.
- This data is used solely to fulfill your request and is not stored by us after the response is delivered.
- Third-party API providers may have their own data retention policies, which we encourage you to review.
Server-dependent tools are clearly marked with a “Secure AI Processing” badge to distinguish them from fully client-side tools.
3. Information We Collect
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not require account creation, email addresses, or passwords.
- We do not collect personal identification information to use any tool.
- We do not track individual user behavior or build user profiles.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain technical information may be collected automatically through standard web technologies:
- Analytics: We may use privacy-focused analytics (such as Plausible or similar) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — pages visited, referral sources, browser type, and country. This data is anonymized and does not identify individual users.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and URLs accessed. These logs are used for security and debugging purposes only and are automatically purged.
4. Cookies
Essential Cookies
We may use minimal cookies required for the Site to function properly, such as remembering user preferences (e.g., dark mode settings).
Advertising Cookies
The Site is supported by display advertising. Our advertising partners (such as Google AdSense, Mediavine, or similar networks) may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve relevant ads. These cookies are set by the ad networks, not by us. You can manage your ad personalization preferences through:
- Google Ads Settings
- Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out
- Your browser’s cookie settings
Analytics Cookies
If we use analytics services, they may set cookies to distinguish unique visitors. We prefer privacy-focused analytics tools that do not use cookies or track individual users.
5. Third-Party Services
The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services including:
- Ad networks for displaying advertisements.
- AI API providers for powering AI-based tools.
- CDN providers for delivering static assets.
- Affiliate partners linked from relevant tool pages.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies if you have concerns about how your data is handled by those services.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Site and its infrastructure, including serving all pages over HTTPS, using security headers, and following industry best practices. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request information about what data we hold about you.
- Deletion: Request deletion of any personal data we may hold.
- Opt-out: Opt out of personalized advertising through the links provided above.
- Do Not Track: We respect browser Do Not Track signals where technically feasible.
Since we collect minimal data and do not require accounts, most of these rights are satisfied by default.
9. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For users in California, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because we collect minimal personal data and process most information client-side, our data footprint is inherently small.
If you wish to exercise any rights under GDPR or CCPA, please contact us at the email below.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Contact
