Free Online Bold/Italic Unicode Text Tool
A bold/italic Unicode generator maps each ASCII letter to its Unicode mathematical-alphanumeric equivalent (ππ¨π₯π, ππ©ππ‘ππ or both).
Your data is processed entirely in your browser and never sent to any server.
Uses Unicode Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols. Most modern platforms render these correctly. Screen readers may announce them as math symbols rather than styled letters.

What Is a Bold/Italic Unicode Text?
Unicode includes a Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols block originally intended for math notation. Today it doubles as the easiest way to produce styled text in environments that do not support Markdown or HTML β Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn bios, Discord profile names, plain SMS.
Three modes are offered: Bold (ππ¨π₯π), Italic (ππ©ππ‘ππ), and Bold Italic (ππ€π‘π ππ©ππ‘ππ). The characters are real Unicode glyphs, not formatting metadata, so they survive copy-paste anywhere.
Screen readers may announce these glyphs as math symbols, so do not use this style for accessibility-critical content like primary navigation labels.
