What Is a PDF to JPG?
PDF to JPG rasterises each page of a PDF into a JPG photo. JPG uses lossy compression, so it produces small files that are ideal for sharing pages as previews, thumbnails, or images you can drop into a slide or a chat.
The tool renders pages with pdfjs onto a canvas at the scale you pick — from 1x for screen previews up to 4x for print — then encodes each canvas to JPG at your chosen quality. Because JPG has no transparency, pages are flattened onto a white background so text stays legible.
Every page is rendered locally in your browser, so nothing is uploaded. You get a thumbnail and download link per page, plus a download-all button for the whole document.
